Update on the new rolled ring mill at McInnes Rolled Rings

  • 1.00 – 10.00” thick
  • 10” to 72” OD
  • Present forging press 1200 ton

• New Size Range with Wagner RAW 160/160
  • Max of  8000 lbs. carbon, alloy and stainless steel
  • Up to 24.00 “ thick
  • Max of 144 “ in diameter
  • All sizes and weighs will be dependent on both geometry and material grade
  • New Erie Forge Press 3500 ton

You can check out the progress on this major project at the “Media Gallery” @ www.mcinnesrolledrings.com. In just 16 weeks we will begin to start producing rings on the new mill.  This is as of December 14, 2011.

Update on the new rolled ring mill
 All of the buildings are complete and all equipment has either been installed or will be installed in the next few weeks
 The Ring Mill is on site and we will begin trail runs in the next 60 days
 We will start quoting rolled rings produced off the new mill in March 2012
 First shipments of rolled ring forgings produced on the new mill will be second quarter 2012
